Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. When you make a booking, you guarantee that the information provided is accurate and complete. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from our operational team.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are fixed and inclusive of taxes, tolls, and standard parking fees. Payment can be made online via credit card or in cash directly to the chauffeur upon arrival. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice, but this will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our chauffeurs:

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking completely free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost.
  • No-Show: If you fail to meet the driver without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.

5. Flight Delays and Waiting Time

We monitor all flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly, and you will not be charged any extra fees for the flight delay. Once the flight has landed, we offer a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic flights. Additional waiting time requested by the passenger (e.g., for shopping or extended baggage issues) may incur an hourly waiting fee.

6. Liability

SAW.taxi is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen traffic conditions, extreme weather, or road closures. While we strive to ensure you reach your destination on time, we recommend booking your transfer with ample buffer time, especially for departures.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
